Mount the Gym 1 Door frame top trim must stick out at least ¼”, for the bar to rest on. Not compatible with trim more than 6” high. 2. Tighten the Knobs Measure from doorstop ridge to front trim. Vice grips extend from 2.75” to 4.75” and fit most standard frames. 3. Add an Attachment All attachments clip on easily. Choose from swing, plastic rings, trapeze bar, ladder or knotted rope. 4.
